Our team of clinical consultants is led by Principal Consultant and CEO, Allison Krumpe. With over 18 years of experience in the rehabilitation med tech space, Allison specializes in healthcare tech organizational development and commercial integration of rehabilitation robotics, XR, FES and neuromodulation. With experience and deep partnerships in US and global distribution channels, Allison navigates capital sales, B2B, direct-to-consumer, GPO, government and IDN organizations across various portfolios and market needs. Her global sales background and network ensures your company receives expert-level commercial guidance through the entire transition into a desired market, whether launching OUS or into the US market.

As Director of Business Development at HealthTech Partners Global, Mike Guerriero brings a proven track record of driving growth, strengthening customer partnerships, and expanding market presence across the health technology landscape. With nearly a decade of experience spanning commercial enablement, customer success, and strategic account management, he has built a reputation for transforming complex customer needs into long‑term, high‑value relationships.

Motivated by a passion for advancing healthcare through innovative technology, Alex leverages his cross‑functional expertise to ensure seamless, user‑centric solutions. In his role as Customer Service Manager, he is committed to exceeding customer expectations and supporting products that truly improve lives.
